Through personalized coaching, workshop facilitation or strategic planning sessions, Dr. Blanca Ruiz works with individuals, schools and organizations to reflect on messages we have internalized, and the impact these messages have on our decision-making. Blanca encourages us to examine our selves as an integral component of moving towards action. She encourages us to blend both head-and-heart work to become disruptors and interrupters of racial oppression.
